OUR MISSION
We build the AI tools organizations can't build alone, and the pathway into tech for people who've been locked out of it.
Most nonprofits and community organizations don't have the budget, staff, or expertise to use AI, so useful data and years of work sit unused, with no way to show real impact. At the same time, people from underserved communities are shut out of tech careers because they don't have access to training or a way in.
ATI closes both gaps.
A Florida-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit, established 2026.
WHAT WE DO
Two pillars, one mission.
01
AI Solutions
Tailored AI tools for organizations that need them but can't build them alone — turning years of unused data into something that shows real impact, saves staff time, or opens new funding. Those organizations, in turn, serve communities directly affected by the gap in access to technology: Indigenous communities, food-insecure households, and communities disproportionately affected by climate change.
02
Workforce Development
We train emerging talent from underserved communities through free courses and hands-on project work, then connect them to real, paid work: gig-based roles with ATI and partner organizations, or any tech job after training.
PILOTS & PARTNERSHIPS
Real deployments, not demos.
SRI Chatbot
Turns years of unused event data into a chatbot that tracks impact and surfaces new partners.
ARADE Partnership (Senegal)
Exploring new, community-rooted ways to finance African innovation.
Bellevue Football Booster Club
A web platform where anyone can look up a Bellevue football alum, see their story and achievements, and donate directly to the program.
JL Welding / AVEX Licensing Program
An AI education platform that helps people earn their aviation maintenance license in about half the usual time.
GLOBAL GOALS
Our pilots advance seven Sustainable Development Goals directly.
OUR VALUES
How we work, on every project.
People First
There's a human on the other side of the screen. We stay considerate and sympathetic to that person (teammate, partner, or someone we've never met), always.
Give Back, Always
Every project puts something back into a community, directly or indirectly. That's the point of the work, not a side effect of it.
Say It Plainly
We explain what we do in plain language, to funders and to a stranger at a bar, using the same words.
Trust by Default
We extend trust first, and only pull back if there's a real reason to. Trust isn't something people have to earn before we'll work in good faith.
Real Deployment, Not a Demo
We build things people actually use, a deployed tool, a real job, a working platform, not pilots that stay theoretical.
Transparency
We report our numbers honestly, especially to funders, without inflating what's proven versus what's still early.
WHO WE SERVE
We partner with organizations to build practical, tailored AI tools that strengthen capacity, improve decision-making, and unlock new funding and impact.
Non-profit & public-interest organizations
Emerging talent from underserved communities
We support early-career individuals through project-based work and educational programs — real AI skills built while contributing to projects that serve nonprofit partners.
PILLAR 2 · WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT
We train emerging talent from underserved communities through free courses and hands‑on project work — then connect them to real, paid work.
Talent moves from training into gig‑based roles with ATI and partner organizations, or into any tech job after the program — a real pathway in for people who've been locked out.
